אמרי אידי ואידי דאישתבע כאן שהודה כאן שבאו עדים אתו עדים חייב באונסין אודויי אודי חייב בקרן וחומש ואשם:

But since the concluding clause refers to a case where an oath was taken, it surely follows that the commencing clause deals with a case where no oath was taken, for it was stated in the concluding clause:<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Sifra on Lev.
